A new development of a luxury private equestrian facility within Lammermoor Estate. Our project scope is to manufacture and install all the stable doors, windows, divider systems, barn doors, and heavy-duty steel crushes. 

The project has very recently been started. We look forward to completing the installation.

We were contacted by a customer who had previously installed stables with another manufacturer. The customer wanted to extend and convert their existing L-shape stables structure into a barn-style stables structure by adding three more stable units to the L section of the stables block.

Unfortunately, the initial manufacturer is no longer operating so the customer requirement was for us to try to match the old design. 

We successfully produced and installed a replicated version of the existing structure to meet the brief and extend/convert the stables.

An impressive polo training facility located in Paarl, Western Cape. The owners wanted to add stables to the facility, and we are proud to say that we were selected as the preferred partner for the installation.

The project involved manufacturing and installing a custom design stables complex with attached groom overnight accommodation. Key requirements of the project involved building 10 stables, a groom room, a 2-meter overhang walkway, a customized roof design, basic water supply, electrical supply, and the need to install following the contours of the land. We ended up with a 5-tier stepped structure.

A long-standing customer who required a structure that can work as a two-unit standalone stable and double up as a storage facility. We were provided with a specific area on the property where the structure needed to be erected. 

We successfully completed the installation of the two-unit stables. A special requirement was to treat the wood with a grey wood treatment. 

The owners had a clean slate of land allocated to building their long dreamed of equestrian facility. We were delighted to be awarded the project and was a most engaging and collaborative effort.

Based on their design brief manufactured and installed a L-shaped stables complex manufactured from timber and steel. The facility has four stables, a wash-bay under roof, a tack room, and a feed room. An extended grass storage shed, and WC is included. Additionally, a custom designed 2-unit miniature pony shelter was built and added to the complex. 

A big part of the project included building a 500 square meter compacted earth level with concrete floors for the stable's buildings. 

Inyamazane Farm is a long-standing customer and required assistance to upgrade the farmhouse veranda area.  We converted a derelict section of the side of the house into a pizza-oven stoep with roof and hot tub.  A fun project that improved our customer's home.
