Pricing based on a single straight line of units with the first unit being a tack or feed room with stables adjacent, finished with swing door and windows. All prices exclude VAT.

  • Square tube frames with 18mm shutter-ply
  • Wood treated with Waxol

Brick and Mortar Structures

In order to price brick-and-mortar structures accurately we require building plans or drawings. The pricing is indicative only and based on our average costs to stables constructed with brick, mortar, and IBR roof sheets in Gauteng. A link has been provided to show the average building cost per square meter in RSA.

Indicative Pricing

R7,500 per square meter

Typically Included

  • Completed functional building with roof, stables doors and windows, basic electrical and plumbing connections. 
  • Basic plumbing includes connecting water to the building, a water point for a wash basin and a loo, and the outlet pipes for the basin and loo. 
  • Basic electrical includes installing a DB box for the building with two plug points and light points for each stable, the tack room, and the passage/overhang.

Excluded from Indicative Pricing

Quoted Independently

Electrical

  • Electrical cables to reach the building DB box. 

Plumbing

  • Installing or connecting to septic tank or sewrage system.
  • Water supply line to building.
  • WC fixtures and tiling, including toilette and basin.
